slow and disgusting

Walked by and came in for a snack since it looked interesting... So glad we came in here... The food is so delicious... We had the fish taco, shrimp taco, the guacamole, and the esquites (corn)... It looked like small portions BUT the 3 of us were more than full!The staff were friendly especially our server - Daniel! He was tentative and so friendly!Oh and they have fresh squeezed juices with beets, papaya, kale, etc. Definitely will come back again and again.

I came here for the lunch special from when I worked day shift at the hospital (now on nights) and for what you pay you will leave with a full belly. Full, but not overly satisfied. I got a TON of rice, some beans and a slice our two of plantains plus a soda. So. Much. Rice. It was tasty, but they could definitely use a revamping on how they ration food items.

I ordered boneless chicken with rice and beans/canned soda 😔 the chicken didn't have any type of salt or sazon the rice was little bit hard and my drink was hot. Bad Customer Service 😡😡😡

Being a native Texan and huge Tex-Mex fan, I had high hopes for El Presidente. First things first, the space is large and the restaurant is pretty popular. So popular, that the combination of a large crowd + super loud music make it impossible to have a proper conversation. As for the food, some of the tacos (especially the seafood ones) are fantastic, while there are many misses, as well. I think the space has a lot of potential, but as much as I love this type of food, I would not go here often.

Delicious 50 cent wings and $1 tacos every day for happy hour. They also make a great, strong margarita and have wonderful service.

There's one on 208 st and jerome everyday specials r cheap and they g I've a great amount of food for ur buck I hope this one i'm about to go to is similar

I went to this place for a friend's birthday and the customer service was absolutely HORRIBLE! The waiters were rude (both male and female) and the forgot several orders for the table. No water was brought to the table and when water was asked for they said the filter was dirty so they needed to bring bottled water. A table of about 17 people they only brought 10 waters to the table. The sangria was watered down. This is NOT a place I will be returning to. Take your money down the block to BBQs for stronger drinks and food that actually gets brought to the table.

Unsanitary. Absolutely terrible costumer service. The idiot who answers the phone should get fired. Constantly gets my order wrong and charges me for things I did not purchase or receive.

Will never come back to eat at this place. The lunch special arrived cold. I had to ask to have my food heated up on the microwave. How is rice and beans and pernil served cold? (Going back to my regular places to eat.) Left half of of my meal and going across the street to Wendy's. At least the food is hot when you order.

Look no further. This is the best Dominican cake in NY. Please take it from me. I'm Dominican and my mom bakes. This is the best quality true to the roots of Dominican cake. Enjoy. Yummy!!

Long wait and wrong order..We seated ourselves and waited for 5-10 minutes until someone handed us the menu. I ordered 2 eggs over and easy with ham instead they gave me scrambled eggs. My husband ordered cheese omelette. We waited 20 minutes and it wasn't even busy. The waiting staff even asked us if we wanted toast and we said yes but it was not served. Then it was time to get the check, same thing, we waited until I have to approach the counter to ask for it to settle the bill. Very disappointed knowing that it was highly recommended.
